· We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
· Return eligibility: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
· Items such as personalized or perishable products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
· To initiate a return, please fill out the return form to request a return authorization number.
· Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
· Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
· Send the package to our return address, which will be provided with the return authorization number.
Refunds of Exchange
· Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days once the return is approved.
· Exchanges for a different product of size will be processed promptly and any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Return Shipping
· We will provide UPS return labels for all returns.
Damaged or Wrong Items
· If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Final Sale of Clearance Items
· Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
